Logistics & Dining
- Transportation: Shuttles will be provided to and from the JW Marriott Guanacaste. Please note that for safety and coordination, you are required to utilize the Trimble-provided shuttle for travel to and from town.
- Reservations: You are responsible for booking your own dining reservations. We recommend booking in advance, as these popular spots fill up quickly.
- Expenses: Your dinner will count toward your $250 daily meal stipend for you and your guest. Please remember that per Trimble policy, reimbursement for alcohol is limited to a maximum of two drinks per person, per day. For more details, please refer to the Finance Guidance.
